Avoid having negative thoughts about yourself, should fill your mind with positive& motivating thoughts. To develop positive self-affirmations, make a list of your achievements, no matter how little, and celebrate them. Then say something positive things about yourself daily and do things accordingly.
4. BELIEF IN YOURSELF
A belief is anything that you consider to be true, and admit as accurate without having to question it. If you want to build your self-confidence, you must BELIEVE in yourself.
5. PERSEVERE!
we have to learn to be resilient to be able to bounce back from them. When things don’t go the way you intended, it’s okay to be hard on yourself, but avoid blaming others.
