Pregnant women should use fenugreek seeds because it carries compounds like vitamins and iron which is important to pregnancy that can stimulate contractions and may cause birth abnormalities. Fenugreek also can act in addition to estrogen in the body so it may have a negative impact with hormone sensitive cancers. In general, most people with health issues should avoid fenugreek or use it cautiously.
